Module 1:
Learn to eat slowly
Imagine if, simply by slowing down, you were able to radically improve your enjoyment of food, all while eating less food, feeling more in control and learning how to stop at or before the point of fullness. What would that mean for you? We take a deep dive into eating speed and why slowing down has many benefits.
Module 2:
Learn why you eat
There are many reasons why people eat, aside from hunger, including physiological, psychological, environmental, and cultural reasons. We help you build self-awareness around why you eat.
Module 3:
Learn when to eat
Hunger is something most people think they understand yet many of us rarely consider the varying levels of hunger we experience. Understanding levels or degrees of hunger can help us make more informed choices about when we eat, and can, in turn, help with weight management.
Module 4:
Listen to your body
Our bodies are amazing things, full of wonderful capabilities all designed by mother nature to keep us safe and help us thrive. They send us all sorts of signals all day long, yet in our busy modern lives, we often don't hear these signals. Yet signals are important, as they tell us what to do.
Module 5:
Learn to stop eating
We’re all different and have unique reasons for not only eating what we need, but eating long after we feel full. Plus of course, most of us have been eating more than we need for a long time. We take a deeper look at some of these issues, so that you can consider what part, if any they play in your eating habits.
Module 6:
Learn to eat well
There are no nutritional advice or food rules in Eatiful because Eatiful is genuinely not a diet. We don’t tell you what to eat, instead, we help you change how to eat. However, we do have one food principle, and that’s this:
‘Eat food that’s worthy of you.’

Plan for success
As you come to the end of the Eatiful Go course, this module helps you plan what to do next, and how to take everything you've learned in the last 6 days and build them into your routine for life.

We know, and we've been there! Diets take away your control around food, and as such, they’re super hard to stick to. While many people lose some initial weight on a diet, the weight comes back on once they stop. And they always stop because the diet is not what they desire. Diets are by their nature, hard to stick to. Eatiful is totally different. As it's NOT A DIET. As it focuses on increasing the pleasure you get from food, most people find Eatiful to be very easy to do.
