Why I’m sharing Eatiful with you
Living free from unwanted weight is truly freeing. It changed my life.
Having struggled with my weight for many years, and having tried and been failed by many diets, I finally, and rather unexpectedly found a way to lose unwanted weight. I discovered slow and mindful eating and learned that successful and permanent weight loss is possible - without any food restrictions; without a diet.
I researched everything I could about mindful, conscious, intuitive and slow eating techniques. I tested them and adapted them. I included everything I know about habits, about behaviour change and about self love and self esteem and I created Eatiful. The benefits of Eatiful are diverse; from feeling more in control around food, to enjoying food more, to effortlessly losing unwanted weight without feeling restricted or doing any sort of ‘diet’, to feeling great about yourself.
Having decided I wanted to share that with others, I created the Eatiful Method, Course and App.
I believe everyone should be able to benefit from this new way to lose weight by enjoying the foods you love.
