We’ve all been conditioned to think it’s just about what we eat as opposed to how we think and feel about food and eating. The diet industry is responsible for that incorrect focus. Well, I’m living proof that simply changing how (not what) you eat can radically change your health and happiness for the better. Eatiful helps you do just that, so now I’m on a mission to share the Eatiful Method with the world.
— Katie Lips, Founder, Eatiful

Eatiful Strapline:
Change how you eat.

Eatiful in one sentence:
Eatiful is a simple method that changes how you eat for sustainable, enjoyable weight loss; the Eatiful Method is based on eating psychology and blends a little self-love with the best of slow, mindful and intuitive eating techniques.

The Problem:
Most people who want to lose weight turn to diets. Diets change what people eat. Diets fail because they focus on the what, not the how of eating. At Eatiful, we understand how people eat. Over two thirds of people with unwanted weight eat too quickly and 78%* overeat at every meal.

*According to an Eatiful survey of 1000+ people with unwanted weight.

The Solution:
Eatiful changes how people eat.  It centres on eating, not on food. It teaches users to slow down and think more about eating, and as a result, lose weight.

The Eatiful Approach:
Eatiful takes a totally different approach to weight loss.  Instead of focusing on what people eat, we help users change how they eat.

Focus: Instead of learning rules, counting calories or points, or sticking to restrictive diets,Eatiful encourages users to focus on themselves and the act of eating. Users learn how to listen to the signals from their bodies and respond to its hunger and satiety cues, taking time to treat themselves well.

Mindset: Diets teach people to do without. Eatiful isn't about doing without. There’s no willpower required as Eatiful helps people build new habits to eat what their bodies need while enjoying foods they love.

Smashing Goals: Eatiful isn’t just about a new way of eating. It’s a new way of thinking about food and weight and more importantly, non-weight goals. Eatiful helps people set and achieve life goals and feel great.

The Eatiful Non Diet Approach:
Eatiful is not a diet. It’s not a ‘diet in disguise’. Eatiful simply doesn’t tell anyone what to eat. There are no food rules in Eatiful: no recipes and no diet plans. Why not? Because Eatiful believes that your body knows what it needs. With Eatiful, you will learn to listen to your body and choose to eat what your body needs, learning to eat to nourish your body with just the right amount of food.

The Eatiful App:
The Eatiful app lets you:

Eatiful for all:

Founder Story:
Eatiful is founded by entrepreneur Katie Lips who, after struggling with weight for over a decade, taught herself mindful eating and lost 85 pounds. She developed the Eatiful Method to help others to lose weight in a gentle, sustainable way for the long term. After launching the Eatiful method as a course, and gaining positive feedback from users who not only lost weight, but really loved the positive nature of Eatiful, Katie is launching the Eatiful app.
